As the Product Manager, I manage SpectrumLabs.com’s Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) systems. My products generated $3.5 million in revenue for 2016. Over the past three years, I’ve developed and launched extensive bioprocessing packages to create solutions for academic laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, research groups, and manufacturers. These repeatable and productive bioseparation systems include many feature-rich accessories and accompanying software for versatile, complete process documentation and control.
Currently, I oversee the complete product lifecycle of SpectrumLabs.com’s many TFF systems. Each TFF system line is developed with a different target application in mind– such as research & development, pilot development, and manufacturing. Part of my duties includes travelling both domestically and internationally to support and train users in the field. As part of our iterative development process, I work closely with field personnel on improving the TFF systems by meticulously examining user feedback. This development includes updating the user interface of the software and firmware packages that come with our TFF systems to increase usability and adoption, along with cultivating and/or refining functional features.
As an energetic, independent, and detail-oriented go-getter, I believe I lead by example within SpectrumLabs.com. My enthusiasm and passion for not only my own products but also the company has been described as genuine and infectious by those who have participated in my training demonstrations and educational seminars.
The high quality and caliber of work I deliver can be attributed not only to years of rigorous on-the-job training, but also to the years I spent at California State University, Fullerton in pursuit of my BS in Cellular and Developmental Biology where I volunteered in research laboratories and conducted social work.
